Here are a few of the individual clients we've worked
with:
Patricia and Molly (Lhasa Apso). Patricia wanted
individual sessions to help her better understand the methods of dog training
to provide clearer direction to Molly for increased learning and obedience.

Marlys and Tally (terrier mix). Tally is
working through her high chase drive and gaining better obedience through
attention training.

Kristen and Krishna (Belgian Sheepdog). WindRiver
has assisted Kristen by handling her dog to a 3-pt major win in stiff
competition at the Rose City Classic in Portland, OR, as well as helping Kristen
to perfect Krishna's agility skills.

Riley and Ceinlys (pitbull). Riley is working on
increasing Ceinlys' attention with distractions and getting better obedience
when working around other dogs. Ceinlys
enrolled in Beginning I obedience at Alaska Dog Sports and is doing very
well working with other dogs and handlers in the area!

Elizabeth
and Skeeter (Curly Coated Retriever). Elizabeth and Skeeter are
working towards having fun in the ring and lessening the trial nerves all
competitors feel, as well as perfecting their obedience skills and working
towards a Novice Obedience title. Skeeter
earns a 2nd and 3rd place in pre-novice at the Cook Inlet shows on 08/03/07
and 08/04/07!
Alaska
SPCA - I began volunteering time to work through behavioral and/or training
issues with SPCA Adoption Center dogs in July 2007. I've been working
with a wonderful pitbull and his trainer on redirecting unwanted behaviors
into desired behaviors.
Tina and Lily Sue
(Bulldog). Tina and
Lily Sue are working on perfecting their Rally Obedience skills.
Tina
& Lily Sue earn 1st place in Rally Novice A on March 3rd & 4th!
Tina & Lily Sue earn 1st place in Rally Novice A with a PERFECT SCORE on
May 12 and finish their RN title! Tina & Lilly Sue earn 4th place in Rally Novice B with a
98! and in August follow that up with a 2nd place win in Rally Novice B at
the Cook Inlet shows. November 2007 - Lily Sue earns her Rally
Advanced title with a first place finish!

Melissa
and Prana (Bernese Mountain Dog). Melissa
& Prana earn 2nd place in Rally Novice A on March 3rd & 4th!
Melissa & Prana earn 2nd place in Rally Novice A on May 12 and 1st place
on May 13th, 2007!
Betty
and Willow (Golden Retriever). Betty and Willow are working on perfecting
their Rally Obedience skills and getting good attention to offset the
distractions that are everywhere for a young dog such as Willow. Betty
& Willow earn a qualifying score on June 23rd and a 4th place on June
24th in Rally Novice A! Willow goes on to earn her Rally Novice title
on August 4, 2007, at the Cook Inlet shows in Palmer.
